Breakfast with Christi Five Days a Week.

Christi is a L.C.S.W. (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
She receives a discount on her Health Care Plan,
if she stays physically fit.
This last year her cholesterol dropped 50 points.

She attributes this to her breakfast routine.
She mixes uncooked oatmeal with her yogurt and adds
a banana, an apple, or berries.
